Running the application on a Linux system

Hi,

Thanks for the great work! I am trying to run this software on a couple of SEM/TEM images on a Linux system. Could you please help me get started on this? I had a look at the readme but wasn't sure how exactly this can be done.

Sorry for no response for a long time. You will have to install QT on your linux machine and compile it using QT. The attached .pro is a project file for QT, and QT will create cmake or makefile.
