Run arguments addition

Hi, I've added the ability to pass run arguments on start command. (with --bargs option) Quite useful for me, maybe it's useful also for others

Could you please provide an example of how this can be used (and add it to README.md)?

I have also noticed that travis build fails, could you please update tests and fix build?
