Ability to moderate/update a range of users or all users

I think that the ability to specify a range of User IDs and perform actions (such as banning, updating slot count, etc) would be a quite useful addition. Was talking with @m88youngling about it last night and he also thinks it would be something useful to have and be able to utilize.

A real-world example of this would be banning a massive amount of bot users quickly. For example, if 500 bot users were registered starting at ID 196, you could specify a range of 196 to 696 and run a ban-wave.
