Fail to extract GOTTCHA_BACTERIA_c4937_k24_u30_xHUMAN3x.species.tar.gz

I fail to unzip and extract GOTTCHA_BACTERIA_c4937_k24_u30_xHUMAN3x.species.tar.gz. Tried tar- xvf GOTTCHA_BACTERIA_c4937_k24_u30_xHUMAN3x.species.tar.gz but I got the following error.

Looks like the first files are ok, but not the .pac file. Can you please add a MD5 checksum for the file, then I can figure out if the file became corrupted during the download.

Hi Emil,

All tar.gz files came with their md5 file. Simply append “.md5” to the database URL.
