Please make an official commitment to periodically publish newly collected data

Can you please make an official commitment to periodically publish all newly collected data, under a commercial-friendly open source license? A cadence of once every six months would probably be fine for most people.

Before contributing to a project such as this, I'd like to have a guarantee that my contributions would always be available and not locked behind some paywall, unacceptable licensing or anything of the sort. I guess that others are feeling the same way, so it would be helpful to make things official.
