Add country in the profile information
Having the native country of users could help the model to understand more complex information about differences in the usage of a language. Not only for non-native speakers, but also for languages that are used in several locations (mainly EN and ES). It doesn't matter if the information is not used in a first stage of the model, but it would be important to ask and store that information from now, and then decide if it is important

There also needs to be a distinction between dialect and standard language. e.g. South Tyrolean (Bavarian dialect) and South Tyrolean German. :)
Oh and just letting users choose the Country will introduce this Issue: Minority Populations which are significantly different than the Majority Population will either not choose a Country or choose the country where their nation is in. For example catalans, south tyroleans, Bayern, Crimeans, Bretons, etc... i think dont like choosing Spain, ita, deu/aut, ukr/rus or france. :)
