CONTRIBUTION.md issues hyperlink includes word "of" in hyperlink text with link to issues.

Since the link goes to the issues tab I don't see why the hyperlink includes the word "of" along with issues. Gonna make a commit to change it to just highlighting the word "issues" in the hyperlink text.
