Flickering GUI when ranking replies

In the website, on the Rank Assistant Replies, when hovering over the 3 dots, the text sometimes flickers back and forwards, making it impossible to click on the 3 dots and read the whole thing.

I was about to open an issue for the same thing. I provided an example below that shows it.
