Votes once, returns "Successfully voted 0/x" times where x is the 3rd arg. With high amounts of votes ex. 100 can vote ~4 times correctly.
When I run php vote.php "id" 3 100, most of the times it only votes 2 or 3 times, and not the number I did set (100 in this case)....
