Camera preview freezes briefly when clicking record button

The camera preview freezes for like a half a second when clicking the red record button. This makes it difficult to record what I want, since I basically can't see what I'm recording for the first half second. I'm using OnePlus Nord N10 5G.

Also would love to have a small countdown (like 3sec or something) when clicking the 'record' 😎

I've experienced that as well when I tested with an older Samsung device, I'll look for possible ways to fix it.

The countdown really seems an interesting feature, I can make it, but if you want to go ahead and submit a PR, feel free to do so xD.

It seems that the CameraPreview freeze was not solved yet by the flutter team, check this issue.

As for the countdown, it will be available in version 1.1 with a couple more new features, which I am planning to release this weekend 😄
