Feat: rename kusion build to kusion generate

What would you like to be added?

The old kusion build cmd will be renamed to kusion generate, no behavior change, just rename.

Why is this needed?

To avoid confusion with artifact builds during the CI stage, also take SDLC into consideration, kusion might provider other build command in the future.
