Feat: kusion init supports the default workspace initiation

What would you like to be added?

Please support the default workspace initiation for kusion init.

Why is this needed?

Workspace has been introduced in kusion since v0.10.0, but kusion init hasn't support the corresponding initiation yet, which makes the created project unable to continue with the subsequent workflow.
