Get new version available (running latest version)

Every time I open s4pe (0.3.c) I get a message that a new version is available however that is the latest version posted here.

I am also getting this. Either it says new version available or error checking for updates, but it loads fine after I hit ok.

This version (0.3c) is old as dust and not maintained any more. The current version is 0.4.1 beta right now; 0.4.2 is coming soon (real soon now) where this is fixed.
