Consolidate all the "shortcuts" across the UI

The Issues

  • Duplicate shortcuts and instructions are floating in multiple places in the app.
  • The Shortcuts tab is missing all the important instructions that are sitting in the README.md

Ideal Solution

  • Remove the "How to Copy Selection" blurb entirely from the app
  • Add "Click Drag" to the Shortcut instructions, courtesy of @nellyvo's recently merged PR #42
