[Feature Request]: RichTextBox Toolbar control

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Be able to use the the KRTB with an associated toolbar (Top or bottom) to allow font control. i.e.

• set colour / size / bold etc
• import image(s)
• Do the url linking correctly
• etc.
