amdgpu support using radeontop & gpu-ls

Added basic amdgpu support using

  1. radeontop
  2. gpu-ls (https://github.com/Ricks-Lab/gpu-utils/blob/master/docs/USER_GUIDE.md)

Will do! Thanks. I'll also do a bit of clean up of the code so that NVIDIA functionality does not change at all. It may take me a few weeks to get to this, busy right now.
