How to add translations?

I would like to translate this app into Polish. I have some experience with translating via PRs and via external websites like POEditor/Onesky/Crowdin/Weblate. Is it possible or not yet implemented?

I have not thought about translations and it is not implemented. In future, I will look about it.

I would like to help with this too for my language. And the same, I would prefer to be able to do it through an external website. I recommend Transifex as there are most of the projects I contribute to with translations. I think they use the Gettext (.po) files. But I would do it through another website also, so no worries.
