Adding cell id (input rowname) in PHATE output (Y_phate in python tutorial :EmbryoidBody)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am trying to use PHATE output (phate coordinate) for the other analysis, where I need to know coordinates per cell. However, the output only shows the coordinate but not the cell belonging to.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be great if PHATE output contains coordinate information along with sample(cell) id, maybe as dataframe where rownames are cell id.
