Adding one example of the coupled thermo-mechanical coupling between the ConvectionDiffusion and the StructuralMechanics apps.

Nice Thank you @AlejandroCornejo . Some results/animation on the ReadMe file will finish the PR. Also I will suggest that we merge this PR once the other PR in Kratos is merged !
