make a toggleable auto-hide utility for unused folders after some time without queries

this would solve the problem of having a loop where you control n class-like folders and you raise the count and then lower it -> you want the extra folders to go away without having to hide them manually because that clutters up the loop and you have to loop until the maximum thinkable loop limit and detect if you're under or over the actual smaller count and that all is just no longer simple and approachable

but the auto-hiding may not always be desirable, let's say the user only wants to find the value of something once every 60 frames and it autohides after 5... it won't let them easily edit it and it will flicker. so it should probably be off by default
