How to add xlink to box chart?

Is it possible to add xlink for Box plot? Examples for links are for Bar chart - where link is connected to particular value. I'm looking for a way to assign link to whole box with Min, Max etc values. Probably one could re-edit svg file. But maybe pygal can insert such link?
