Parameter Values removed from view hold

Hello,

In issue #189 you removed the parameters from view hold, we have a customer who relies on beaing able to view what paramters are used on each view. Is there anyway the code might be un-commented or is there another way of showing it?

The code is located in the ToString method of ViewPosition:
