Media library upload page suggestion

I would like to have the option of sorting the files in the media library according to corresponding table header topics, as marked in red on the screenshot beneath. This would greatly reduce time in finding the latest uploaded file.

Also after uploading a new file it would be helpful if the last uploaded file would get it’s checkbox marked thereby completely eliminating the need to scroll the list and look for the item just uploaded.

And lastly I would love to see a delete button on the Upload Media Library page. Please see suggestion mock-up beneath.
