Watchdog not watching

What happened?

Using 3 PoE Zigbee coordinators. My DHCP server failed and after 2 hours the lease for the SMLIGHT coordinators expired. The coordinators fell off the network, after restoring DHCP functions the coordinators came right back up, but z2m Addons where not running anymore. Had to restart the z2m add-ons. Watchdoog seems to restart addon 10 times in quick successon after network failed, but then it stops reseting the addon and after 2 hours it stops the addon.

What did you expect to happen?

The addon should have stayed and with the watchdog and once IP is restored to the adatpers it should have came right back up. The watchdog should not time out.

How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)

Simply remove the PoE coordinator from the network wait for time out. Addon will quit after 10 restart tries and + 1 minute and will have to be manually started up again.
