Not a problem per se

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to have an option to completely disable the reporting for that device or increase the reporting interval from 10 seconds to arbitrary number. As far as I understand, the firmware of this device is buggy, so the electrical measurements are being polled every 10 seconds. Sometimes this might cause the device switching on and off randomly.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Setting values to the haElectricalMeasurments cluster didn't work (maybe it was not supposed to)
