Working on addressing #39

  • Lints the chart
  • Fails on helm-docs diff
  • Post PR comment for clarity

I think the PR comment will only work if the PR is not coming from a fork.

I think it is actually doing what it should? But generate needs to be run again? are we actually using the same tool? I don't mind which one as long as they are not fighting each other.
