TS011F_plug_1 Auto Power-Off Issue and OTA Compatibility

Hello,

I have several TS011F_plug_1 devices, but one from my latest order is having the auto power-off issue: it doesn’t stay on for more than one second.

I read on the Zigbee2MQTT documentation (https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/TS011F_plug_1.html) that this is a known issue. However, I have a few questions and concerns:

First, the OTA firmware file linked on that page seems to no longer exist: https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee-OTA/raw/master/images/Telink/1654157434-oem_zg_tl8258_plug_OTA_1.0.13.bin

My faulty device reports the following data: { "child_lock": "LOCK", "countdown": 0, "last_seen": "2025-06-15T15:37:20+02:00", "linkquality": 127, "state": "OFF", "update": { "installed_version": 4099, "latest_version": 4099, "state": "idle" }, ... "manufacturerName": "_TZ3000_gjnozsaz", "model": "TS011F_plug_1", "softwareBuildID": "1.0.3" } So, my main question is:

Can I use any OTA firmware for the TS011F_plug_1 model, or does the firmware need to match the exact manufacturerName, in this case _TZ3000_gjnozsaz? I’d rather not risk flashing incompatible firmware.

I have the same question. In my case, the Zigbee manufacturer is _TZ3000_zloso4jk and the model is TS011F_plug_1.

Same question but for _TZ3000_okaz9tjs, which is very problematic
