Sign up for a Google Ad Manager account is not working

Hi Kodular CEO @barreeeiroo , I just create a new gmail and create a new account on Kodular. But I want to urgent create child account for Google Ads Manager. Issue is that when I click on Sign up for a Google Ad Manager account is do nothing or not any email send and redirect back to Payouts Page.
