KoGrid Does Not Work with Gulp and JSPM-GitHub

While building a project with JSPM-GitHub and KoGrid, I receive the following error message:

Error on fetch for github:Knockout-Contrib/[email protected] at file:///C:/Users/*/node_modules/jspm-github/Knockout-Contrib/[email protected] Loading app/startup.js Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'C:\Users*\node_modules\jspm-github\Knockout-Contrib\[email protected]'

The JSPM config.js file that is being used contains the following:

The relevant portions of the config.js file are:

paths: { "github:": "node_modules/jspm-github/" }, map: { "koGrid": "github:Knockout-Contrib/[email protected]" }

Then, if I change this file to a packages directory that is part of my application, thus:

map: { "koGrid": "packages/koGrid/koGrid.js" }

I get a different error with the CSS file since I am also using SystemJS-Plugin-CSS:

Perhaps I'm doing something wrong with this, but perhaps the structure of this repository needs to be updated.
