[Meta] Add fine grain issue/PR labels for different components of KWIVER
E.g. different arrows, sprokit, vital, python, maybe meta. This would hopefully help with getting the right people to review issues and new code.
Thanks for proposing an initial list. Quick question, what does 'meta' include?

I was thinking something like this comment, e.g., "add a new github tag", "change the review process", "nominate a maintainer for this chunk of code". Basically a catchall for non-technical, process-oriented stuff.
Got it, makes sense, thanks! I might also suggest something like CMake to cover changes to the build system. I will go ahead and make the labels you have here and we can expand as needed.

For nominating a maintainer, we can also look into adding https://docs.github.com/en/github/creating-cloning-and-archiving-repositories/about-code-owners. Github can use it to assign reviewers if a file is modified under the purview of a code owner(s)
