Configurable threshold to support thresholding on annotation area (px) and number of detections in track

Hi @BryonLewis We have some funding to work on this here. Just to let you know I'll be getting started on this in the next few weeks.
The idea would be to update the Threshold side panel to let the user configure other parameters for thresholding:

• annotation area (px)
• number of detections in track

If you have any suggestions or ideas please let me know!
