consider column sorting in dataset view (resonant Lab)
It would be a nice addition if the table view of the dataset tab in Resonant Lab allowed the user to click the column heading and order the rows according to ascending or descending order in the columns.
This actually came up in a different context as I presented Resonant Lab the other day—right now, we're arbitrarily paging by dataset order, but, in the absence of more advanced sampling strategies, we should at least allow sorting by an attribute before paging for the progression through pages to have some kind of meaning.
If/when we implement this feature, the sorted column should also influence the paging (the sort setting should also be visible / settable in the histogram view).
