Fix macOS signing ensuring QtWebEngineCore.framework is not packaged

To successfully sign the package, Slicer should be updated to include https://github.com/Slicer/Slicer/commit/b0e0361be4f42aad2e5bb52142d9e0ed7df9d393 (COMP: Fix macOS signing with webengine support disabled)

Since the slicer-macos-codesign-scripts can be locally modified to force the removal of QtWebEngineCore.framework ^1, this is not required for the current 4.0.1 release of SlicerSALT.
