Add support for Tooltips when hovering over specific text

For example when referring to the App extension in the JSON Web Tokens guide it would be great if we could hover over the word App and a tooltip appeared with text such as "/Sources/Application/Routes/JWTRoutes.swift" or "We created this previously in the /Sources/Application/Routes/JWTRoutes.swift file".
