Question: Unlimited GPhotos Storage Bans

Hey, just a quick question; have there been any reports of people getting their Google accounts banned due to use of the Unlimited Photos Storage feature?

Haven't heard of any, but I've uploaded maybe 400gb at once without any issues (I backed up all my photos using takeout, deleted them and reuploaded them to save on storage)
