Fix in-out functions

Seems almost all InOut functions were exactly the same as theout functions (copy/paste error probably). This fixes it. Values taken from easing.net.

You had one job, package! Hundreds of weekly downloads, I wonder how many people are just straight up using the wrong easings.

And it was fixed by someone 2 years ago in a PR.

And this still shows up #1 in Google for "sass easing".
