Why is the easeOut and easeInOut almost always the same?

I am talking about this

$easeOutQuad: cubic-bezier(0.25, 0.46, 0.45, 0.94);
$easeInOutQuad: cubic-bezier(0.25, 0.46, 0.45, 0.94);

They obviously should be different, or is there something I'm missing?
