No kneeboard generated on dedicated server

Describe the bug Decide to try the 0.4.1 on a dedicated server. Works great! However, there was no kneeboard created for the mission.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior Running, DCC on a non dedicated server had different results. Not sure if it was a result of the latest 2.9 update or result of the server running the dynamic campaign.

Can you please reproduce the situation (generate a new mission where Kneeboard is missing) and afterwards create a support.zip (Top menu ? -> About -> Create Support zip) and upload it here
