Rename Repo

In light of ongoing work within Khronos, is it appropriate to rename this repo to reflect what is now the official naming of these features - glTF Reference.

Possible names are

  • glTF-Reference
  • glTFX (official shortcode)
  • Others suggestions are welcome

There will be updates to this working draft coming soon and it would be good to get the name right as work progresses.

Should we also be doing a global replace of "glTF Experience Format" to "glTF External Reference Format" throughout the repository?
