Adopt spec links to new documentation site structure

The tutorial links to the Vulkan spec in several chapters. Those links point to the Vulkan registry (https://www.khronos.org/registry/vulkan...). As the tutorial is meant to be a part of the docs site project, we should change those links to proper antora references instead.
