`vkcube --wsi wayland` is missing the titlebar

Built vkcube-wayland from tip of main today, and it looks like this:

This is running on Ubuntu 23.04 using Gnome on Wayland.

The transparent aspect of it has been fixed at some point (likely in the compositor) and I know now that the missing titlebar is because wayland doesn't have a titlebar by default.
