Broken links in dataformat.1.3.html

There are two broken links in the Dataformat 1.3 specification on this page https://www.khronos.org/registry/DataFormat/specs/1.3/dataformat.1.3.html.

1. Near the bottom in this paragrahp: "The international standard for ACES, SMPTE ST 2065-1:2012 - Academy Color Encoding Specification (ACES), is available from the SMPTE, and also from the IEEE." a link to https://www.smpte.org/store is now 404.
2. The Khronos Logo linked to in this CSS file config/df-xhtml.css is missing.
