Can not package for Windows 32 bit

I get an error that I don't really understand, you can see it in the log file below. I want to mention that packaging for windows x64 is done without any problems, and packaging without this plugin for windows 32-bit is also done without any problems. I use UE 4.25 on Windows x64 UBT-Beta-Win32-Shipping.txt
