Switch to generic wxStatusBar if wxSB_RAISED or wxSB_SUNKEN is requested

Description:

There is an issue with wxStatusBar not supporting wxSB_RAISED and wxSB_SUNKEN on Windows. Not supporting them is expected behaviour when using a manifest that supports version 6 of common controls.

The work around is to switch to the generic version if any of those styles are used.
