Add spellchecking for Help text in text dialog

I'm not entirely sure this is feasible, but it could be handy for anyone writing help text for menus, tools, etc. to have a spellchecker as part of the text dialog editor. Theoretically, it could be done in the property sheet as well, but that would probably require overriding the propertygridmanager to use a custom control.
