Auto-switch Code display order based on project's code preference

Description:

It would make sense both when a project is loaded, created, imported or just the code preference property is changed to also change the order of the code display tabs. Having the Mockup and preferred Code tab next to each other minimizes mouse movement if the user wants to flip back and forth between the Mockup display and the code that created that display.
