[Feature] Microcode update functionality

Add functionality allowing to update microcode of CPUs and dump currently loaded ucode metadata.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add interface to store and update microcode payloads matching detected CPUs. Add interface to display metadata of currently loaded microcode.
