Some item disappear after activate[May caused by charges_per_use ]

May realated to https://github.com/CleverRaven/Cataclysm-DDA/issues/47887

Till now I have found 3 items disappear after activate

I believe there are more,but I haven't found them out,I will update this issue if I find more of them

The Hi Tech Glasses from Project Kawaii do this as well when turning to blind mode, have not tested any items from other mods, there may be more occurrences other than these 4. I will test other mods soon, not sure how many items may be affected.
