Radius is never set by default

Hi Ken, This is a minor issue, but the radius is set to 0 by default. This causes all pie charts to have size 0 until the radius is set manually. Perhaps instead of initializing iR to 0 in PieChart.java, you might initialize it to something like 70 or so?
