Deleted/hidden vanilla elements get visible again if a layout with them not deleted is loaded after the layout that deleted them

  • Noticed in Forge 1.19.2 (probably all versions)
  • Check in MainMenuHandler, if element got deleted already and if so, don't make visible again (or don't apply other customizations at all)
